In the ground of these pages is pieces of text from "Letters to a Young Poet" by Ranier Maria Rilke. You can read the letters here. I have a compilation of phrases from the letters taped into the inside of one of my art journals, so this is what I wrote across the ground. I got the compilation from a blog a few years ago. I think it may have been on Misty's blog, but I'm not sure.
This challenge has made for a great week. A week with less sleep than needed, but great nonetheless. I needed an intense week of painting to more forward and Misty's carrot provided that. Thank you Misty and everyone who visited as a result.
